Weather at the cape

Rules are rules..why not as nasty the shuttle launch rules,. the rules for an atlas v launch do have some serious constraints when it comes to clouds.. The cumulus cloud rule just went "green," meaning current conditions aren't violating that criteria. More weather off the coast moving towards the cape area.
